We have a Full Time, Permanent, job vacancy, which is a newly created position for a Senior Field Care Supervisor for a Homecare provider in the Bournemouth area of Dorset.


This Domiciliary care agency is based in a popular residential area of Bournemouth/West Dorset. Situated within traveling distance of Bournemouth, Boscombe, Springbourne, Winton, situated just 4.7 Miles from Christchurch.  The office is accessible via the A338  and free on-street parking is available.

Key Information

  • £22’000 - £26’000 per annum, plus mileage
  • Shared on-call between 10 people
  • Car Driver Essential – pool car available
  • A Team of two Directors, Registered Manager, plus 11 office staff & 2 Supervisors.
  • 40 Care Assistants working out in the community.
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care Desirable
  • Training Qualification / Train the Trainer Beneficial

Your Role

Reporting to the Registered Manager, as a Senior Field Care Supervisor, you will lead and mentor the Field Care Supervisors on a day to day basis as well as identifying any training needs your team may require.  If you are interested in the training element, this position will give you the opportunity to gain training qualifications.   You will also carry out spot checks, supervisions & appraisals, and new client referrals.
