About Us

You will be employed by the client’s Financial Deputy, but you will be working alongside us. We are an extra special case management company who provide rehabilitation and long-term support for people living with brain and spinal injuries. We have been providing support for over 20 years and our directors are innovators in the sector. Our service was built around seeing that people with brain injuries would prefer to be treated in their own homes with their families around them. We have built a fantastic reputation and pride ourselves on ensuring that we recruit specifically to suit the needs of the clients we support and making a positive difference in their lives.

The Role

As a Senior Support Worker, your role will be split between providing support and supervising the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and you will ensure the care and support provided is according to the care plan and is to the agreed standards. You will also be key in promoting an independent lifestyle for the client, encouraging, and motivating him to continue doing the activities that he enjoys. You will support and accompany him in doing the social and leisure activities. There will be opportunities to undergo training so to develop your skills too.
