Service Manager (Homecare), Beaconsfield

£32K - £38K per annum DOE

 

We are looking for a passionate and vibrant Service Manager (Homecare) close to the Beaconsfield area of Buckinghamshire.

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

As their Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role, you will be the face of the service and the one that cascades the values of the organisation to your team and to clients. You will be the first person their clients meet to do the initial assessment and so from the first meeting you will set the standard. You will conduct audits, help to grow the business to exciting new levels and ensure CQC requirements are being exceeded to help them achieve an “Outstanding” rating.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • You will hold NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • You will have previous management experience; hold excellent care standards and you will have the leadership skills to deliver excellence;
  • Being a car driver is essential;
  • You will be an excellent people person and be able to build strong relationships within the local community.
