Service Manager (Learning Disabilities), Middlesbrough

£21K - £26K per annum DOE includes sleep-in rate

Full-time, Monday-Friday, working 1 weekend in 4

We are looking for a talented Service Manager living close to the Middlesbrough area of Teeside to join a unique care provider, who promote independence for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs.

You will be joining an organisation which promotes independence for all. Our client supports individuals with physical/learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs. They exercise a holistic and open-minded approach, enabling and encouraging individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. As their Service Manager, you will oversee 2 services and you will play an integral part in ensuring the highest standard of care and support is provided to each individual.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold a minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care, or equivalent, or ideally hold Level 5;
  • You will have experience in a Senior/Supervisory role within a Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or complex needs setting;
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential;
  • Above all, you will have a desire and passion to make a difference in people’s lives and you will have the leadership skills to motivate a team to be the best they can be.
