Dementia Care Manager, Edinburgh
£28K per annum
We are looking for a talented Dementia Care Manager living close to the Edinburgh area of Midlothian. You would be joining an organisation supporting adults living in their own homes with mental health conditions.

What does the role of Dementia Care Manager involve?
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the overall care of the service users. You will be an inspirational role model with excellent leadership skills who will always lead your team to deliver excellent quality of care. You will also ensure that all regulatory and legislative requirements are adhered to and exceeded.
What experience & qualifications are required?
- It is essential that you hold a relevant management qualification (e.g. SVQ/QCF in Management; SVQ 4 in Care; Registered Manager’s Award; SVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or a relevant nursing qualification;
- You will have experience in a management/supervisory role in a social care setting;
- You will have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
