We are seeking a really passionate Care Trainer for our Private Domiciliary Care Branch in the Conwy area of North Wales to lead and support our team of Care Companions.  Car Driver Essential

Location

This job vacancy is situated within an easy commuting distance including 11 minutes from Colwyn Bay along the A55, 16 Minutes from Rhyl along the A548, 28 minutes from Deeside, 17 Mins from Conwy or just 6 minutes from Abergele.

  • £25-32K per annum
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Care Coordinator looking to progress.
  • Fantastic work life balance & incredible support & Training.
  • Supporting Private clients with no visit less than one hour.
  • Free Parking on site
  • Training Qualification essential

Your Role

It is a pleasure knowing there are trainers like you who love nothing more than ensuring that our care staff receive the highest level of training that the sector can offer.   You are in an inspirational role where you can inspire, motivate and encourage others to follow our unique approach to care and companionship to older adults living in their own homes.  Our training is award winning and you will be fully supported by our Head office team to become the very best Trainer, including outstanding Dementia Training.

  • Deliver outstanding induction training & support & nurture carers as they learn.
  • Complete assessments & monitor knowledge
  • Support new employees through their first three months with us.
  • Delivering training and refresher training
  • Keep up to date with new legislation, material and training needs.
