Support Worker, Southampton

£9.10 - £9.45 per hour

We are looking for Support Workers living close to the Southampton area of Hampshire. You will be supporting adults with autism and severe learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours within a small residential home environment.

Your role will be to help with day to day living skills, personal care, accessing the community, attending medical appointments, engaging in activities and keeping them safe etc but most of all allowing them to live an independent and fulfilling life.

  • £9.10 per hour, rising to £9.45 after successful probation;
  • Full-time day or night hours, 42 hours per week;
  • Shift pattern consists of 3 on and 4 off and 4 on and 3 off, 12-hour shifts;
