We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Full-Time or Part-Time Adult Support Workers for a well-established service near Great Ellingham, Norwich. No experience is required as full training will be provided.



Located within an 8-acre rural setting which is not on a direct bus route, you would need to be car driver. This role is about a 25-minute commute by car from Norwich city Centre Via the A11.

The duties of a Support Worker

As their Support Worker, you will support residents to live independently. You will build and maintain a warm trusting relationship and encourage each adult to achieve their goals. You will also support them to enjoy a range of activities both in their home which will include, preparing meals, helping with housework, and managing their bills. There may also be elements for personal care with some of the residents. Your will also plan trips and accompany them out and about in the local community. You will implement each person’s individual care plan and work towards agreed targets.
