The Service & Your Role
You will join a well-established team within a small residential setting, working to support adults with learning disabilities. You will provide individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and reach their full potential. This role is very rewarding, allowing you to add your own personal touch to enriching peoples lives - whether introducing individuals to new hobbies or encouraging involvement in day-to-day activities, you will finish work knowing you have truly made a difference.
You will receive: £8.72 per hour, Full induction training, paid NVQ Health & Social Care, career progression, various shift patterns available, paid DBS check & more!
- Qualification in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs (preferable)
- Passion to work with vulnerable individuals
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.
