Health and Social Care Jobs have a number of permanent job vacancies for Full-time and Part-time Support Workers based North of the Tonbridge area of Kent.
The service is located 9 miles / 17 minute drive via A21 from Tonbridge, 16 miles / 27 minute drive via M25 from Dartford, 18 miles / 40 minute drive via A25 from central Croydon and 18 miles / 33 minute drive via M20 from Maidstone.
Hours, Rates & Benefits
- Up to £17,800 per annum + benefits
- Full-Time or Part-Time Hours
- Shifts are Monday to Sunday on a 7-day rota (earlies, lates and/or nights)
- Paid DBS
- 31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (increases after 2 years)

Your Service & Your Role
You will be working across 3 services located next door to each other, supporting adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and / or complex needs. You will work closely with the team to ensure the individuals residing at the services get the absolute most out of each day. Whether it be joining them on holidays or encouraging engagement in daily activities such as going the cinema or making scrap books, you will play an integral role in assisting in their quality of life.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Aged 18 years or over*
- Positive personality and a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
- Willingness to assist in personal care when required
