We are looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers living close to the Hythe area of Kent. This role is easily commutable from around Sandgate (10mins), Dymchurch (10mins), Folkstone (15mins), Ashford (25mins), and surrounding towns and villages.

What experience, roles and responsibilities will you have?

Experience of working in a similar position or of working with people with learning/physical disabilities or mental health conditions is desirable, but not essential. It is also a benefit if you have a full driving license, but again, not essential.

As a valued Support Worker, you will be part of a residential home providing support and personal care for up to 6 people. The home has a safe and homely feel and they help the residents take positive steps towards reaching their goals and their daily living skills.

Your role will be key in encouraging their independence, boosting their self-confidence, providing hands on care, assisting them out in the community and helping them achieve a positive future.
