Health and Social Care Jobs have a full time, permanent job vacancy for a Supported Living Care Manager, based near the Fowlmere area of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. 

  • £26,000 - £28,500 per annum
  • 40 hours per week

The Service & Your Role

 As Care Manager, you will manage the day-to-day running of a supported living service, home to young adults with learning difficulties and complex needs.  You will promote a culture of high standards, expectations, and continuous improvement that values and empowers your staff team.  You will work with your team to ensure all individuals residing at the supported living service are supported during their journey to achieve positive outcomes, pursuing their hobbies and interests as individuals.  As Care Manager, you will also be responsible for completing paperwork such as person-centred care plans and risk assessments, leading team meetings and conducting supervisions.

Essential Criteria

  • Level 4 Health & Social Care
  • Experience of supporting young people or adults with complex needs
  • Experience of writing person centred care plans and creating balanced rotas
  • Experience of leading a successful team
  • 18 years of age or over*
