Supported Living Service Manager, Brentford

£30,000 per annum + benefits

Who would you be joining?

Our client was established over 25 years ago, they have a fantastic track record and have grown organically throughout the years, maintaining quality and gaining outstanding CQC ratings. With a wide range of services, including supported living, respite, outreach and residential services, they support children and adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and challenging behaviours. They have a fantastic culture across all their services and promote continuous improvement, heavily investing in training and developing new state of the art facilities.

As their Service Manager, you will oversee the management of a large Supported Living service split across 4 bungalows supporting adults with different needs, from adults living with Dementia, Learning/Physical Disabilities, challenging behaviours to end of life care. We are looking for someone who not only has experience and fantastic knowledge of CQC standards, but also someone who can inspire and motivate the staff team. It is a fantastic opportunity to create something rewarding, put your own stamp on procedures and take the service to exciting new levels.   

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold Level 5 in leadership and management or health and social care;
  • You will have experience of managing a supported living or residential service on a large scale or multi-sites;
  • You will have experience of working with people with learning disabilities and varying support needs as well as excellent knowledge of CQC standards;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle;
  • You will need to be flexible to work across a 7-day rota with occasional weekends and some late evenings.
