This Residential Children’s Home is easily commutable from Stratford, Romford, Epping, Dagenham and surrounding areas of the London Borough of Redbridge.

You will be joining a provider that is passionate about helping children and young people achieve their dreams and reach their full potential. This child-centred, therapeutic approach combines care, education, and therapy to meet each child and young person’s needs.
The Service & Your Role
You will be Team Leader to a team of Children’s Residential Support Workers, within a Brand-New Residential Children’s home. They are currently building an experienced team who will be ready to welcome children in a structured manner, giving each time to adjust. This is a 4 bed, long term home to children who are aged 7-12 on admission, and who have been impacted by disrupted attachments, early life trauma and / or adverse childhood experiences. As a Team Leader, you will promote the development of children and young people into happy young adults with the world at their feet! You will assist the Management Team in the supervision of staff and young people, bringing positivity and motivation to your team whilst providing the highest standard of childcare with a fun, professional attitude.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Shift leading experience within a Children’s Residential Home
- Understanding of safeguarding & child protection procedures
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 18 years of age or over*
