Team Leader/Care Supervisor, Bromley

£23K - £28K per annum DOE

Are you an enthusiastic Team Leader/Care Supervisor living close to the Bromley area of South East London? Do you have several years’ experience as a Homecare Assistant or someone who is used to managing a team in the Social Care setting are you looking to take the next step?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning provider who are making waves within the care industry right now. With a minimum of 1-hour home visits and a private client base, they provide excellent care to older people within their own homes ensuring that clients are matched correctly with their personalities, likes, interest and with the same staff visiting regularly to build up a relationship. 

As their Team Leader/Care Supervisor, you will be joining a skilled and passionate company, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do! You will work in partnership with the team to provide support and supervision to clients. You will oversee and supervise the daily activities of the team to ensure only the highest quality of care is provided. You will also provide on-call cover on a rota basis, to handle calls and issues outside of normal office hours.

What skills & experience is required for this role? 

  • You will ideally have at least 2 years previous homecare experience and hold at least a Level 2 NVQ.
  • Being a car driver is also essential.
  • Experience in supervisions and appraisals is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with new customer assessments, risk assessments and rostering Duties.
