Team Leader/Care Supervisor, Middlesbrough

£19K - £21K per annum

Do you have inspiring leadership skills? Do you want to be part of something special, something exclusive? Do you have experience in the care sector? We are looking for a talented Team Leader/Supervisor living close to the Middlesbrough area of Cleveland to join a fantastic homecare company with wonderful values.

Come & Join the Best

You could be joining an award-winning national branch who focus on a companionship led care service. They have won multiple awards over the years and have built an excellent reputation within communities across the UK.  This exceptional service is different to any other care organisation in the area, providing a minimum of one-hour home visits top purely a private client base, but the focus being on companionship. Imagine having Dementia but still being able to go to your dance class on a Saturday, still being able to pick up your pension, still going into town on a Wednesday for a cuppa! This organisation makes these things happen every day!

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

As their Team Leader/Supervisor, your role will be varied. You will work in partnership with the team to provide support and supervision to clients and carers. You will oversee and supervise the daily activities of the carers to ensure only the highest quality of care is provided and all compliance and auditing is complete. You will always put the client at the heart of everything you do! You may also be involved in promoting the company, sharing their values, meeting new clients and attending networking events. You will also participate in the on-call rota.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • It is desirable that you have experience in care or support in either a homecare, supported living or learning disabilities background;
  • It is desirable that you hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • You will have experience in a supervisory/senior role;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Would you like to be part of an organisation which improves the lives of others every day? Would you like a rewarding role where you make a difference? If so, we would love to hear from you. Above all we are looking for someone who has excellent management skills, can interact and engage with people, and be passionate about what they do.

This could be just the start of your career – they actively promote from within, so who knows, you could be a Manager of the future! If you are excited by this job opportunity, then please click “apply.”
