Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

As their Team Leader/Supervisor, your role will be varied. You will work in partnership with the team to provide support and supervision to clients and carers. You will oversee and supervise the daily activities of the carers to ensure only the highest quality of care is provided and all compliance and auditing is complete. You will always put the client at the heart of everything you do! You may also be involved in promoting the company, sharing their values, meeting new clients and attending networking events. You will also participate in the on-call rota.  

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • It is desirable that you have experience in care or support in either a homecare, supported living or learning disabilities background;
  • It is desirable that you hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • You will have experience in a supervisory/senior role;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
