We are looking to recruit for a Full time, Permanent Team Leader/ Deputy Manager for a Adult Supported Living Service based in Ramsgate but also commutable from Margate in Kent.
Salary £22000 to £24000 per annum (DOE).
A Car Driver is essential for this job vacancy.

The Service & Your Role
This service in Ramsgate is home to a small number of individuals with complex needs and profound learning disabilities. All individuals residing at the home have mobility needs and require high levels of personal care. As the Team Leader/Deputy Manager in Ramsgate, you will work closely with the service manager to implement current legislation and CQC requirements, whilst inspiring and motivating your team to provide high quality care. You will play an active role in the care of all individuals, promoting and maintaining person-centred approaches. You will be an important link between management and staff teams, attending care reviews, updating care plans and risk assessments, conducting team meetings and staff supervisions.
- Min. Level 3 Health & Social Care Adults (or equivalent)
- Leadership experience within a complex care residential setting
- Great knowledge of relevant legislation and CQC requirements
- Successful track record of supporting management to high CQC standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Age 18 years of age or over*
- Live within commutable distance to Ramsgate, Kent
