This service is commutable from areas such as Crawley (6 miles / 15 minute drive), Croydon (18 miles / 40 minute drive), Leatherhead (23 miles / 31 minute drive), Royal Tunbridge Wells (23 miles / 48 minute commute), Cranleigh (18 miles / 38 minute drive) & surrounding areas. A Car Driver is essential for this job vacancy.
- £22,500 per annum

The Service & Your Role
This service is home to a small number of individuals with mild learning difficulties, autism, and / or mental health needs. As the Team Leader / Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the service manager to implement current legislation and CQC requirements, whilst inspiring and motivating your team to provide high quality care. You will play an active role in the care of all individuals, promoting and maintaining person-centred approaches. You will be an important link between management and staff teams, attending care reviews, updating care plans and risk assessments, conducting team meetings and staff supervisions.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care Adults (preferable)
- Leadership experience within a residential care setting
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and CQC requirements
- Successful track record of supporting management to high CQC standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including earlies, lates & sleep ins when required
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Age 18 years of age or over*
