We are seeking a Team Manager (Learning Disabilities) in the Derby area of Derbyshire. It is essential that you have experience working with Adults with challenging behaviours, Learning Disabilities, and in a supported living setting. Being a car driver is also essential.
You would be joining an organisation that provides care, support and enablement for adults living with Learning/Physical Disabilities and Mental Health conditions. Developing person centred support at all stages from treatment, to discharge from hospital, to support in the community. This organisation has been established for over 20-years and continue to grow and develop services across England & Wales. The CEO has over 25-years’ experience at all levels of care delivery, starting as a Support Worker, moving into Senior/Management roles before becoming CEO. As a Team Manager, you will be pivotal in managing the day to day running of a brand-new service. You will be a strong leader, providing clear and structured leadership to the service alongside the Registered Manager, ensuring that the highest standard of care and support is always provided. You will be pivotal in ensuring the company’s values are upheld to help the service deliver positive outcomes to the individuals you support. You also assist in seeking new development opportunities for the service and helping it grow to exciting new levels.
