Every person matters to them and this is an example of the wonderful work they do, “Not only do they never give up on our daughter, but they always make us feel important and respected.”

As their Trainee Manager, you will shadow the Manager intensely, learning all about the role and the home as well gaining a thorough understanding of relevant regulations. The service is an 8 bedded service with the children you support at the heart of the service.
