Training Manager, Milton Keynes
£28K - £33K per annum DOE
Full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday
We are looking for a talented Training Manager to join a fantastic learning solutions provider in the Milton Keynes area of Buckinghamshire. They are passionate about inspiring learners to be the best they can be and improve the lives of others in the social care sector. This is a temporary role on an initial 9 months contract (maternity cover).

You would be working for an innovative organisation with over 20-years’ experience in providing exciting training and development material for both care providers and carers. They ensure that their content is fresh and engaging in order to inspire learners to make a positive difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society. They want to inspire the very best people who can make a positive contribution in the sector and improve the lives of others.
As their Training Manager, you will have an exciting and unique role where you will help develop learning resource material that will be used in the social care sector. You will help research and develop content and identify key requirements for learners using your research skills and knowledge. The role may involve travelling around the local area.
Excited? What experience and skills are required?
- You will have experience of working within a training, learning or development role within either residential care for older people, community/home care or learning disabilities;
- Qualifications in education/learning & development
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will also have a full driving licence.
