£26'500 - £28'200 per annum, 40 Hours per week

The Service & Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will assist the Service Manager to manage the day-to-day running of this supported living service and learning service. The young adults you will be supporting have severe, profound, and multiple learning disabilities resulting in complex needs. You will promote a culture of high standards, expectations, and continuous improvement that values and empowers your staff team. You will work with your team to ensure all individuals residing at the supported living service are supported during their journey to achieve positive outcomes, pursuing their hobbies and interests as individuals. As a team leader, you will also be responsible for completing paperwork such as person-centred care plans and risk assessments, leading team meetings and conducting supervisions.

- Experience of supporting young people or adults with complex needs
