Health & Social Care Jobs really care about their clients and their customer service is obviously something they are passionate about. Victoria and Paul have been out to visit us on more than one occasion to gain a thorough understanding of our business. I immediately realised that Health & Social Care Jobs are working hard to stand out and provide a much needed fresh approach. They are thorough in their interviewing, give you a lot of detail and you can tell they have gone that bit further. What's more, they are more interested in placing the right candidate rather than financial gain and that really does stand out. They do not bombard us with irrelevant CV's, choosing only to send the best.ommend you to my colleagues within the network.
I've used Paul on a number of assignments and on each occasion the support and response has been swift and professional. The thing that really makes them stand out is their ability to understand the brief and ensure the candidates are a good fit.
I have worked with Vicky for a large number of years in recruiting all levels of employees for the Social Care sector. She has always made it her business to know the type of person and cultural fit, as well as qualifications and this, was always useful. She worked with me as a true professional in her field with a wealth of knowledge from the Social care sector from residential, home care as well as health. Vicki has always understood the tight budgets and challenges and never tried to drive salaries up for new recruits. A true straight-talking Yorkshire person with a fab sense of humor. I would highly recommend Vicky to any organization seeking a person that knows the sector and will work as a true partner
I hired Victoria to find a registered manager for my domiciliary care agency. In a short space of time she sourced some excellent candidates, one of whom I hired and is now an integral part of the firm. Victoria is very customer focused, friendly and professional. She understood what I was looking for and delivered exactly on brief. I would recommend her highly and will definitely be using her services again.
I have found Health & Social Care Jobs to be a refreshing change from other agencies - professional, efficient, consistent and most of all an excellent fee structure which is more than competitive. Advisors are experienced in recruitment and have been able to find the perfect candidate for a "hard to fill" role within our organisation. I would use this service again without hesitation.
When I first spoke to Paul, I knew straight away that Health and Social Care Jobs were the recruiter we needed. I could tell that we shared similar company values in providing a really high quality and bespoke service. Paul asked lots of questions about how we work as a company and what was important to us in our staff and in our service. It was a completely different (much more positive!) experience than I had had with other recruitment agencies. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul’s services again in the future to source candidates for management positions in our company.
We have found recruitment for our clients with brain injury quite difficult in the past and now we have started to use Health and Social Care Jobs we are receiving the right candidates for a very good cost. The staff team are very helpful and offer advice on our adverts to see if we can improve to get the right candidates. Our recruitment process is much more easier now and our company would highly recommend using Health and Social Care Jobs. Successful recruits include Support Workers and Nurses.
Amanda, Paul, Vicky and the team are a breath of fresh air. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and provide a super service. Amanda herself is very caring and compassionate and has a good understanding of the adult social care sector amongst other sectors. She is an excellent communicator and extremely reliable. I cannot recommend them enough.
Paul and his Team at Social Care & Education Jobs have proved to be a pleasure to work with. They were always professional, understood the brief and took the time to get to know our organisation, our aims and aspirations before providing quality candidates who very closely matched our requirements – something other agencies sometimes struggled with. Their customer service has been second to none, they provided a tailored personalised service and were always on hand to provide expert advice and guidance. I would not hesitate to use Social Care & Education Jobs again in the future for our recruitment needs. Thank you.
Working with Health & Social Care Jobs has been the best experience within our recruitment process, they are helpful, efficient, and have a great screening process, which makes my life a lot easier. We have had the best month so far and have 8 new trainees. Look forward continuing with this great relationship. Many Thanks.
I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for your hard work in finding some great applicants. I’m really pleased with how you guys have understood our company, our culture and the type of people we are trying to recruit. Over the last year it is fair to say that we have fallen foul of poor recruitment choices, and certainly paid the price for it. Moving forwards, we hope to continue to work with you to support our recruitment and I will be using you guys for our Care Assistants and Paramedics as we will be restarting the recruitment in January. I feel like we’ve found a great support with you guys and look forward to many more great applicants joining us.
Paul and Vicky bring a refreshingly measured approach to H&SC recruitment. They take the time to learn about your needs from an individual point of view rather than pre-conceived ideas about the kind of candidate(s) you are looking for. This personal touch runs through the whole process of the tailored recruitment that they provide. On top of which their own personalities make the sometimes stressful and serious nature of the process of recruitment an enjoyable and dare I say it a pleasurable experience.
Hi Steve, Thank you so much for your time. This last campaign has worked really well, we massively appreciate your time and support. We have interviewed and invited to training some wonderful people who we believe will be a great asset to our team. Thank you for your support, the weekly catch ups I have had with your team have been very helpful. Looking forward to working with you again in the future. Kind regards, Nicola Wrightson Recruitment & Retention Coordinator
"I have found Vicky and Health and social care jobs to be truly wonderful. Vicky has a huge passion for finding me the right candidates for my positions. Vicky will complete a full pre-screening interview and produce a real in-depth report and I trust Vicky's judgement. I only get sent relevant CV's. Customer satisfaction is at the centre of everything Vicky does. I consider Vicky to be part of our recruitment team and would recommend Vicky and her team 100%." Successful recruits include: Home Care Assistants, Care Coordinator, Trainer, Registered Manager and Operations Manager
This is a reference for the business of health and Social care jobs and given from my perspective as a Senior HR professional. I have worked with Victoria and Paul Marsden for over 7 years whilst I was Group Head of HR for the HICA group, a large diverse business in the Health and social care sector based across the North of England. HICA used the services of HSCJ on multiple levels: - To advertisements and use advertising and filtering services for volume recruitment To recruit specialist posts and senior managerial posts To head hunt for difficult to recruit posts. Vicky and Paul and their consultants are very knowledgeable regarding the uniqueness of the social care sector and fully understood the tight budget restrictions and challenging environment that we worked within. They provided straight talking and evidence based advice on advertising methodology to attract candidates as well as ensured we always got best value from our budgets. In recruitment campaigns HSCJ have supported us with posts ranging from Service Co-Ordinator’s in domiciliary care and Trainers to Regional Directors and unique posts such as Estates and Facilities roles. Each assignment has been approached with care and understanding of our business and organizational culture and potential candidate fit accompanied by an helpful and insightful profile into each candidate which I personally have found very useful. HSCJ have been flexible and adaptable with their approach on every occasion and fully understood our business from the challenges of recruiting nurses to the best job titles to attract domiciliary care workers to the market challenges we faced in the geographical areas we operate within. Vicky and Paul and the consultants they employ are all very personable and not at all pushy unlike some of the others we have worked with and always give an incredible service. They have been our first point of call for key recruitment and we have considered them to be key synergy partners of our organization and an extension of our own team . I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
Victoria stands out from other Recruiters as she knows and understands the sector so well. She finds out about the role she is recruiting for avoiding the generic approach. She understands the variations in size of branches and local authorities; she also knows the importance of finding the right people who fit in with the company ethos.
We decided to recruit CareGivers with Vicky and Paul at Health and Social Care Jobs after meeting them in person last year. Their personalities and approachability were key to us making our decision. We were very impressed with their commitment to not only getting the best candidates for our needs, but also to provide help and advice with recruitment. The flexibility they offer is key to managing the needs of our business. They amend our requirements to suit our needs on a monthly basis with ease and no additional costs. We have been very impressed with the volume and quality of applicants so far and their filtering process works well saving us valuable time.
Vicky and Paul work together as a team offering excellent guidance and input in all areas of recruitment. If management roles are required Vicky tries to dovetail your needs, the customer, with those of the applicant thus increasing the chances of a good match! I have recently started recruiting for care colleagues with Health and Social Care Jobs and have received excellent early results which will assist me to grow business for Bluebird Care (Kirklees). Sucessful recruits include: Care Assistants, Care Coordinators, Registered Manager.
I have always been very sceptical about using agencies, especially for online recruitment. Victoria and her colleague Paul at Health and Social Care Jobs Ltd both gave me the usual spiel about how good they were and what great value for money they provided. As I was struggling to get staff I thought I would give them a try but to be honest I wasn't expecting much. However, how wrong could I be? Not only did they deliver what they promised, they did it quickly, efficiently, professionally and economically. I have been amazed and delighted at the response they generated, have employed staff as a direct result of their activities, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Victoria and Paul, I'll be using you again.
I would like to thank both Paul & Angie for the excellent candidates you have submitted, you have restored my faith in recruitment agencies after some very bad previous experiences! Thank you so much and have a good weekend!
We have used recruitment agencies in the past and have had poor results whilst also being very expensive. The vast majority simply find some CV's they feel fit the role and do very little pre-screening! They tend to advertise in the same places we can and therefore are not typically increasing the pool of people applying for the post. When I was looking for a new "operational" Care Manager we spoke to Health & Social Care Jobs and straight away I was impressed with their professionalism. I got the impression from the start that they understood Home Instead and that we were looking for a different candidate. We placed the position with them and quite quickly received a number of candidates to look at. What impressed me again, was the very detailed notes taken from the substantial conversation they have with every candidate. Also, there was a detailed CV with no gaps. All the candidates put forward were aware of Home Instead, the differences between us and other agencies and had also been briefed about the job role. With each interview, HSCJ asked for feedback and took the information on board. If a candidate was not suitable, HSCJ took time to understand why and made adjustments to their recruitment process. There was continual dialogue throughout the whole process and I felt at every stage that finding the right person for our organisation was top of their agenda, not simply placing someone that is on their books! Whilst they found suitable candidates I was able to get on managing the interview process. I would have no hesitation in recommending HSCJ to any franchise owner who is looking to recruit new office staff.
Victoria is absolute professional. She never loses sight of what is important- Customer satisfaction. With many years' experience in the social care sector she knows just the right candidate for the right job. Always looking for that spark or determination that fits with her clients' needs she will and has always put forward the right people for the job. Never wasting her client's time, she will pull potential employees from interview if she feels that the position is not the right one. Determined and articulate Victoria's experience and wealth of testimonies from customers demonstrate her ability to put the right person in the right job and I have no hesitation in recommending her company if you are looking for a consultant who will work hard to achieve this and get you the right person for your vacancy. I would say she offers a unique service, second to none!
I have known Vicky for over six years now, and in that time she is someone who I found to be capable of great compassion and has real commitment to the care sector, she is someone I very quickly learned to trust without question with regard to the recruitment needs of St. Clements Care Services. Successful recruits include: Registered Manager and Care Coordinator.
Vicky has always provided a first class service always ensuring that you feel as that you are the most important person she is providing a service for and to.
A flexible and creative approach that puts people first!
We started using Health & Social Care Jobs two months ago using their Managed Advertising service and so far I am very happy with the service we have received - we are definitely getting the volume of applications that we required! Thank you again!
I have used Health & Social Care Jobs outsourced service since November . I wanted to once again extend my thanks and gratitude to Lisa for her efforts in finding us some amazing care assistants and getting us the right people! I have been nothing but impressed so thank you. Successfully recruited Home Care Assistants.
I am happy to endorse Vicky and the Health and Social Care Jobs team. They really understand Home Instead's "cultural DNA" and why we are different. I have had bad experiences with recruitment companies in the past, but Vicky has demonstrated that not all agencies take your money and run. H&SC jobs take time and trouble to find the best solution for each assignment and act in a truly consultative manner.
I have recently been helped by Vicky when I was seeking alternative employment in housing management. My experience from the minute we spoke was beyond first class. Vicky has such a positive supportive way of working with you. The service from Health and Social Care Jobs and from Vicky herself is all you could ask for if you were looking to fill a vacancy. Do not look beyond Health and Social Care Jobs and Vicky if you need to fill a vacancy.
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the Good Luck card I received today and also the help and assistance you have all given in helping me land my new job. The advice and guidance you have given me have been invaluable and I have found the whole experience helpful and professional at all times. If you could also pass on my thanks to Elise and Angie as well please. Kind regards, Martin
I would like to thank Paul for his professionalism and helping attitude,I am grateful and delighted for the professional quality service I received whilst searching for employment. Thank you Ilona
I have been working with Health and Social care jobs for 4 years now. As a registered manager, I managed my own recruitment process. When I took over the home, I soon realized that the ethos within the home needed to change, the only way to do this was to bring in new staff to help me rebuild it. As a manager I had very high standards and expectations of the staff team, ensuring I created very child-focused care. In order to do this, I was looking for very specific staff. Having used agencies before I was a little reluctant to try another agency as I often felt that they are very pushy, don’t listen to my requirements and become argumentative when I didn’t take one of their applicants. They took little time to know information about myself, the home or even the candidates they were placing making it difficult for us to match. As I needed support, however, I approached Health and Social Care Jobs in 2016 to see if they were different to what I had previously worked with. I was extremely pleased with how much time was spent getting to know me as a manager and my expectations of the staff I was recruiting. We also discussed the home itself and the company’s ethos to ensure they had a full understanding of the company. I was surprised at how much detail went into their interview process before candidates were put to me. They had an excellent screening process and only candidates I would be genuinely interested in were put to me. Due to the amount of work and effort that took place behind the scenes it made my recruitment process extremely easy. I have also been complimented by OFSTED for Health and Social care’s interview notes which were kept in staff’s employment file. Over the years I have been consistently able to keep my staffing levels full due to the in-depth screening process, meaning I had a high staff retention level. All the team are professional in their approach but are also personable and will always go the extra mile to support you. Whilst everyone in the office is willing to help, I feel the consistency of working with the same people has helped build and maintain a positive working relationship. Amanda, Paul, and Vicky have been exceptional, and I would highly recommend to anyone and will always continue to work with health and social care in the future. Michael Holdway
Decided to add this testimonial for Paul and his team after securing employment with their help. My wife spotted the job on line on a generic job site and took a print out copy of the role and brought it home. I had applied for about 5 different roles and not had one follow up, so was feeling a bit anxious. I got home about 15:00 and went straight on the laptop, searched for the job, found and applied by adding my saved CV. That was it then forgot all about it and with the beautiful weather, got a cold drink and sat on decking. I had almost dropped off to sleep, when about 15:45 my mobile went off and it was Paul from Health and Social Care Jobs. Almost immediately Paul was very easy on the ear, he just chatted away finding out about me and my experiences, skill sets, etc, he made me feel at ease and I didn't realise that this was my first part of the interview process. Even though the company was in the process of interviewing he convinced them to add me in. Paul rang me on his way home, offering advice, and tips for the interview which took place 48hrs later. I was shorted listed to the final interview, and again Paul rang me prior to final interview to ensure that I was fully prepared. I believe that with Health and Social Care Jobs' help, it gave me an edge. They are refreshing in a world of faceless internet which you don't find with lots of other recruiters, who seem to advertise jobs that don't exist, and put you forward for jobs that you are not qualified for. Once again thank you to Paul and his team for helping me to move on to pastures new and giving me the feeling of worth in world of work. I would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone who is looking for work or a change in career. Kind regards Colin Holloway
Good morning Vicky, Hope you are well this morning? I just wanted to update you on the job front. As of yesterday, the next chapter in my book of Wells, began with this! My second interview at 2pm in Wigan was a nervous one, not knowing how it was going to pan out. I sat in the meeting room with nervous thoughts on how it was going to go??? He came in with my updated CV and JD, he stated by asking how the weekend to Nottingham went? And how I was? He started to discuss my CV, so I touched on that, but brought out my numbers dashboard, which I worked so hard on the previous night. Checking over the numbers from the last four offices I had worked at previously, checking and double checking the percentages are spot on for revenue, service enquiries and conversion were spot on. He was very impressed with the numbers, but, ultimately, so was I. Everything I achieved over four years on an A4 piece of paper, the ROI on that one sheet, my hard work and hopefully, he has seen the value in this? He passed me a copy of the JD and asked if I had any questions? Which was no because it was everything I had done in my previous role over the past 7 years. He left the room for a couple of minutes, which made me think what was going on, my nerves were creeping up again, I looked at my I watch at the heart monitor to check my bp, I then put the breathing app on to relax me, then Phil walked back in, looking at him, he had a cracking poker face, he sat down and straight out with it, my anxiety was increasing, what was going to say? Gary, I would love you to be part of my team. Those words ringing in my head, anxiety level suddenly dropped, internal crept in with excitement. All the worry and endless searching for a new employer over the past three weeks. Thoughts of how am going to provide for my family and pay to keep the roof over our heads and so near to Christmas, those words resounding over and over, and then he just came out with it, I would like you to start on the 1st December! Wow, was my initial excitement, but thought about the terms of my redundancy, I said, I could do an induction, but I was also thinking I had a round of golf booked for Friday at Frodsham Golf Club, my best mate has come down from Montrose, all these thoughts suddenly appearing, but not to worry, I am now starting on the 5th December at Wigan, but will based for now at the Warrington office. Vicky, many thanks for your help and support at the beginning of my journey this month. You have made me feel so positive, that there is another world outside of the company I was with for 10 years. Now I must move on in this new chapter, and use those experiences to develop the next stage of my Business Development Manager role. Many thanks again, and, you may not have had a mini chapter like this before, however, I never knew I had it in me to write something like this. lol Take Care Gary Wells
This is not quiet a testimonial as I didnt actually place Gary into this role, however Gary felt compelled to write this and asked if I would publish this on our website, which I have. Thank you Gary you are lovely man and very selfless, everything you do you do for other people and you are a credit to yourself and the Care Sector.
Hi Kerrie I would like to thank you for all your input with the locality manager role. I had not applied for a new post for quiete a few years and your advice and support helped me to improve my CV and ultimately receive a job offer with ILA. Although I have decided to stay at my present employment I feel the process has given me more confidence for the future. I have also passed on your contact details to my Area Manager for any vacancies we may have in the future as I found your process so refreshing. Thanks Again Tracey
I would like to say that Paul was instrumental in my recruitment to my current position. From first contact to contact after i had got the job and settled in Paul offered an amazing service. His support throughout the process was welcome and at all times appropriate and timely. I would recommend Paul and Heath & Social Care Jobs to any prospective candidate.
I just wanted to express my gratitude in writing. I have had such positive, professional experience with Cieira. She strived to provide the best guidance, care and assurance through out the entire process of my job search and application. A lovely lady with real a passion for the care sector. I feel Ceira deserves some sort of recognition for all her hard work, it payed off and I got my dream job. I would highly recommend. Kindest regards
I would like to say, Nikki Taylor is outstanding consultant, very genuine and great sense of humour, would highly recommend Health & Social Care Jobs to anyone. The whole process, she has kept me updated and understood my personal situation. She is an asset to the organisation .
So, this is the first time I've worked with Health and Social care jobs. Their team have worked in the sector and understood what would be required by the company and also to get the best of information from me.They were always friendly and easy to talk with and has made the experience of applying for a post very stress free.
Victoria was extremely friendly and supportive when I used her agency, keeping me updated on all developments. I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough!
I would like to express my gratitude to your company for the excellent service I have received. I was very disillusioned with agencies. I had had so many contacting me expressing interest in my CV, putting me forward for roles, to hear nothing more. When I contacted them they couldn't remember my name or what I was applying for. I also went to register with an agency in Sheffield, again I heard nothing. When I did contact them I came away feeling like was an intrusion. I was therefore was a little hesitant when Victoria Marsden contacted me to follow up an application I made. But her friendly approach put me at ease right away. Vicky has been extremely supportive. To be honest after being unemployed for awhile, she was just what I needed. Whilst being extremely professional, she also gave me the feeling she was in my corner, more like a friend. Vicky provided me with information on the company, the best way to approach the interview, giving me advise on how to make an impression, all of which I really appreciated, it made a huge difference. Vicky is certainly an asset to your company and a number of agencies could learn a great deal from her approach. If you could pass on my thanks to Vicky, I have done so in person, but having been a Manager myself I know the difference it can make coming from her Manager.
I just wanted to drop you a little note to say thank you for your hard work in finding us the right people for our clients. Recruitment is a fairly thankless job and recruitment for care is even more challenging so I feel it’s right to give praise where it is due. Our experience with HSC Jobs Managed Advertising service has been a very positive one. Both yourself and Steve have gone above and beyond to understand the Home Instead ethos in order that you can find the right type of person for us to recruit into the CAREGivers that we need. Out of our last 12 people we have recruited 6 have come from other individual sources and 6 from Health & Social Care Jobs alone. The numbers speak for themselves. Thank you for making my job so much easier. Zoe
I was contacted by James from Health & Social Care Jobs after putting my cv online. He was very supportive and I had plenty of contact with James before and after the interview. Since then I have been taken on by that company as their Registered Children's Home Manager. I have continued to use Health & Social Care Jobs to recruit for our outstanding vacancy positions. All the interviewees that James has sent over have been of a high standard and he continues to help and support with the start-up of the new business. Thanks. Mark – Childrens Care Home Manager Aspirational Care
My experience in looking for a new start to continue with my career progression with the correct company in health and social care was easier than i first anticipated. Vicky from Health and Social Care Jobs was amazing with finding the correct company and position for me within a fast response. Vicky kept in regular contact and always available to talk with. Excellent communicator and reliable. I would recommend Vicky and the Health & Social Care Jobs team to anyone. You truly have been amazing, I cannot thank you enough for all your help and support. A Big Thank you.
I would like to say a big thank you to Paul Marsden of Health and Social Care Jobs, for helping me find my perfect job. Paul was so easy to talk to and always kept his promises in terms of keeping me updated and giving me feedback from the clients, often outside office hours. He also ensured in his absence a colleague was always there to support me. Paul made me feel valued and he has a very good understanding of the job market and was able to find me a job that matched my skill set. He is very intuitive and a good listener, he always returned my calls and reassured me when I was confused and nearly giving up. I didn’t feel like just another person, he took the time to get to know me and explored in detail the type of role I was looking for and advised me accordingly. Paul was totally professional in his approach and had an empathic understanding towards my current frustration of not finding a suitable permanent position, he managed to find me a job in less than a week!!! I have highly recommended Health and Social Care Jobs to my friends and family. Once again thank you so much Paul for finding me a full time permanent position. Rashmi Parasher
I start work on Monday at a Care Home as a Manager. A job which Victoria found for me through your agency. I am delighted! The service from Victoria was first class I was updated regularly and treated with the utmost respect. She was always available, knowledgeable, supportive and approachable. This is the first time I have had a positive experience from an agency and I would highly recommend Health & Social Care Jobs.
I have just been appointed to a senior post as a result of liaising with your company. The Person who has acted on behalf and who has represented me to my employers is Victoria Marsden. My Contact with Victoria has resulted in me having a "Positive Customer Experience" and win-win outcome in my new appointment. 'Angie at health & social care jobs was amazing. From first contact until the end she was always very supportive. She kept in regular contact and was always available to talk with. Angie always went the extra mile and made the whole process that I dread such a pleasant one. Anytime I was a little bit anxious or nervous she calmed me down and gave me confidence. I would definitely recommend her and health & social care jobs! ' Prabhjeet Kaur
This was the first time I have used a recruitment agency and have always been skeptical of them however Health & Social Care has totally changed my outlook , they are professional and keep you informed every step of the way . I cannot speak highly enough of Health & Social Care Jobs & the team , They are professional, approachable and really take the time to get to know you and treat you as a person and an individual not just a number. Even though I was unsuccessful this time I have no doubt that they will play a massive part in my future employment . Thank you so much Geoff
Just to also let you know that we have been delighted with the response to the latest campaign!! Once again, you have definitely delivered the goods!! All best wishes,
I started as a Care Assistant on the 11th November. I absolutely love working here and it's the best thing that has happened to me in year's regarding a job. The feed back I've had back from the Manager and Deputy Manager is fantastic. They are really happy with my work and are talking about promoting me soon. Thank you so much for putting me forward for the position, your guidance and setting up the interview, I will never forget this. It's a shame I can't send you a big bunch of flower's and a card to say a big"THANK YOU HUN" From Siobhan Gallagher Xxxx
Victoria is one of those rare people in the recruitment business that really tries to place the right person in the right position. Not for her, is the profitability of just finding a person of high commercial value but, she cares about the customer or company she is working for and the need sand values of the person themselves. She diligently identifies the candidate's strengths and the company's needs and makes match that suits both to mutual satisfaction.
I can not thank you enough for finding me the best job. I have spoken to many recruitment agencies in the past and nobody compares to you. You took the time to listen to my needs and matched me with the perfect career move. You really care about people and that shows, you always kept me up to date with all information. You are truly are one of a kind. I am so happy that you helped me. Best wishes Alexx
I have known Vicky for a number of years and she has always been very helpful in identifying possible vacancies for myself during periods of career change and looking for new and challenging roles. I would recommend her to anyone looking for that next great move. She puts the candidates she helps and supports at the fore.
I just want to say a big thank you to Paul who has been an absolute superstar in helping me find employment. From our first conversation I have felt at ease & relaxed & confident that I will find my perfect job role & this has successfully been done. I will highly recommend Paul for any recruitment needs.
I would just like to compliment Victoria Marsden on how she has handled my job application. Over the last few months I have come into contact with many agencies when applying for jobs. I have to say that Victoria has just been fantastic. The sometimes complicated and frustrating process of looking for a new job has been made simple, informative and personal through Victoria's ability to be friendly, knowledgeable and competent. It makes such a huge difference so I just thought I'd pass that on. Regardless of whether I'm successful or not in the position I have applied for; if I saw that this agency was managing a vacancy, I would be more likely to apply and feel confident that my application would be handled by someone who is good at their job and cares about candidates. Something that's quite rare. Victoria you're great - Thank you!
I would highly recommend working with Vicky at Health and Social Care Jobs. Vicky first contacted me when I was looking for a new challenge. What immediately stood out to me, was how thorough Vicky was in getting to understand what I was looking for and how well she had researched me and really looked at my CV. Vicky stood out from other recruiters as she really knew me and took the time to speak to me and get to know me and I felt confident that Vicky had my best interests as her priority and would find me a suitable role. I also felt through our discussions and Vicky's research that she was ensuring that I was a strong candidate to put forward for potential positions. Vicky is very personable, supportive through the whole process and really stood out from other recruiters as someone I could trust and understood me and found and matched me with roles and employers that were suitable for me and for my career.
I just wanted to say thank you very much for your help in getting me my new role in home care. I am so pleased and really appreciate everything you have done. I am loving my job and you were very helpful throughout the process. Many thanks Natalie
I just wanted to send a quick email regarding Paul Marsden. I have been working with him on a couple of job applications, and although on this occasion I secured another position elsewhere I wanted to say that without doubt Paul was the most professional and easiest to work with consultant out of the many I have had dealings with over the last few weeks. I really was impressed with Paul's professionalism but also personal approach. I will certainly be recommending him and Health & Social Care Jobs in future dealings I may have. Kind regards, Paul Holland
A dedicate and determined recruitment specialist, Victoria offers a knowledgeable perspective of the social care arena and can deliver the results. Many thanks for securing me a Senior Management position it has been a pleasure securing this role and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Health & Social Care Jobs to friends and collegues in the future.
I really enjoy my new job so far, although I'm still at the learning stage. Everyone is very nice in the team and it seems much less stressful than any of my previous jobs. Thank you for helping me finding my new job! I felt represented and supported by you, my opinion, goals and expectations mattered throughout the recruitment process, not like with other recruiters where I was just a name, number or a product they were trying to sell. It was always easy to reach your office, everyone I’ve spoken to was professional, they always forwarded the messages and responded quickly. And a special thanks to Vicky, who supported me all the way. She called me before and after all interviews, answered all my questions and confirmed every conversation with an email. Vicky was always very kind, helpful and professional. Thank you all at H&SCJ, I would definitely recommend you! Many thanks, Suzy
What you have not done, is send us a bunch of dross, rubbish candidates - you've only sent us people that are worth us looking at. That has saved us much time when we are extremely busy setting up the business. That's the way that recruitment agents should work, but, in my experience, pitifully few actually do. This is appreciated. We will work with you again in the future.
Afternoon, Believe it or not, I have now been in employment for 12 weeks, time has flown! I wanted to thank Health & Social Care Jobs for your support during the recruitment process, that was quite long and drawn out, but now I'm employed, I understand why! I was quite anxious during the process and everyone was calm and encouraging, and then with your support I made the right choice in accepting the role. Its a lovely environment and the owners and the residents are great. I've been made very welcome and also appreciated for the work that I do. Thank you again, and keep up the very good work! Take care, Regards Judith
I wanted to thank you and your team very much for your excellent service. Embarking on the search for a carer for a family member was new territory for me, and emotionally challenging, but I felt very supported by you all the way through the process. Your professional yet reassuringly personal approach helped enormously; you were at the end of the phone to answer several questions I needed answering along the way, and you always gave me sound and helpful advice. With thanks and best wishes, Sheena
Amanda Thank you so much for all your help and support with my application. I am very excited to start work with them and this new career step. You have gone above and beyond to support me and help with any questions and have put me at ease the whole process. Thank You ! Laura Meader
As a Franchise Owner I have worked both with Health & Social Care Jobs to recruit a Registered Manager & Care Coordinator and I have also worked with the Managed Advertising Division for the Advertising of my CAREGiver job vacancies. I have found the Health & Social Care Jobs Team to be truly passionate about the care sector, but also the organisation which they recruit for. Every interaction with their team has always been positive and their expertise reflects in their service overall. I would not hesitate to recommend the Health & Social Care Jobs Team or the Managed Advertising Team to anyone looking for a solution to their recruitment needs. Thank you to you all and I will continue to recommend you to my colleagues within the network.
Right from the initial chat, Clare who became my telephone buddy right through the process, supported and fed back everything I needed to know which took me on the journey to accepting the position. The support did not stop there as I received a text to say good luck before starting my position and received a card at my new workplace from Health and Social care to congratulate me. Fantastic support from a lovely team.
I turned to HSCjobs to help me fill my children’s home registered manager vacancy, I found Clare very professional and experienced in the industry, which helps trying to find the right candidate for your company. Clare took the time to get to know our ethos, culture, history and where we are going as a business which makes a difference to matching process. Since using HSCjobs, we have managed to fill two crucial managerial roles for our Children’s Home, which have gone from strength and continue to provide with good quality candidates to interview.
ubu have been working with Health & Social Care Jobs to assist with our recruitment needs for some 8 years, working closely with Louise our direct Recruitment Consultant. “World Class Service from our very first conversation to our last – not the last as we will continue working alongside Paul & Victoria, to meet future recruitment needs without hesitation. Identifying our precise requirements during our first meeting, I was able to appreciate from a different angle the blend of qualities and expertise we sought. The challenge was by no means small, with ideal candidates previously seemingly a rare breed.
It was clear from the off that a hunger and determination exists in Paul, and ‘failure’ to find the perfect solution would be an alien concept to him. Within days I was presented with several interesting applicants, each with widely-varying experiences and expertise – all with the ability to light up a room, and the very passion we sought. Preliminary interview notes provided were incredibly helpful, providing a very clear introduction to each applicant – the reasons we should engage with each jumping from the page.
Having now appointed three extremely high-quality applicants to trainer roles within the company, when we look to grow again, we will look no further.”
