Are you an experienced Field Care Supervisor / Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader who puts high quality, person centred support at the heart of what you do?  Do you live within commuting distance to the Reading, Windsor, Maidenhead or Slough Area of Berkshire?

You would be joining a national Domiciliary/Homecare Provider and leading brand, that is independently owned and led.  They aim to deliver the very best care available, the sort of care you would want for your own relative.  Everyone of their customers are individual, and as such everyone has individual preferences and needs. They are looking for a Field Care Supervisor that will ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered the way the customers want it when they want it and is to the highest possible standard.

Key Information

  • Field Care Supervisor - £21-24K per annum, Plus Bonus £6/7K per annum.
  • On call 1 evening per week and 1 weekend in every ¾ weeks £55.00 per weekend.
  • 1 Supervisor required for our Live in Care & 1 Supervisor for Homecare
  • Car Driver Essential.
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Could be flexible).
  • On Call once every 4/5 Weeks.
  • 60 Domiciliary Care / Homecare Clients.
  • Some Live in Customers.

Supervising your Team

Your supervisory job is essential to the successful running of the business, we are looking for a true leader of people, someone who can inspire a team and bring out the best in them and mirror the company values.  You will also: -

  • Be responsible for ensuring quality of care delivered.
  • Writing detailed care plans, conducting assessments, and reviewing on a regular basis.
  • Supervising Carers and carrying out spot checks
  • Working closely with the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to plan the service.
  • Take part in the on-call rota.
  • You will ideally possess a minimum QCF/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Senior Care Assistant or Supervisory experience is essential.
