Amegreen Children's Services are expanding and we are looking to recruit Waking Night's to join our ever-growing team.

We are looking for individuals who wish to make a difference to our children’s lives.

We are ideally looking for experienced care workers. However, if this is new to you and you have not worked within residential care before, don't worry. We will support you all the way.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, resilient, self-aware and ambitious. Someone who enjoys being with children and having lots of fun!

We want someone who is curious about themselves and others, and who wants to grow personally and professionally.

Experience of working with children is desirable however, if this is new to you, training and development opportunities are given to for their support you in this role.

Night times can be hard for our children as the home is quiet and they may start to remember difficult times or feel lonely. This is when they need you caring for them in their home to give them reassurance and help them feel safe. As we all know, a good night’s sleep helps with the day yet to come.

Our Night patterns are – 9:45pm – 7:15am and full-time hours equate to a minimum of 4 shifts per week. We are happy to be flexible with hours to accommodate travel or working patterns needed.
