Health and Social Care Jobs have a full time, permanent job vacancy for a Deputy Homecare Manager based within a homecare office near Stockport, Greater Manchester.  We welcome applications from care managers or experienced care coordinators / schedulers ready for an exciting new challenge.

Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Office based, flexible hours

Location

The office is located 5 miles / 21 minute drive via A6 from Hazel Grove, 6 miles / 24 minute drive via A34 from Manchester Central, 6 miles / 19 minute drive via M60 from Ashton-under-Lyne and 13.4 miles / 27 minute drive via M60 from Altringham.

The Service & Your Role

You will be joining a growing team who provide premium, quality homecare to adults with physical  and / or learning disabilities along with older adults within their own homes.  As deputy manager, you will undertake all duties in accordance with policies and procedures, supporting with financial management and providing leadership across the service for management and care team.  You will also play a big role in supporting the service to achieve the highest level of compliance, working towards maintaining outstanding reports.

Essential Criteria

Significant experience within domiciliary / homecare sector.
Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (pref. Level 5)
Highly motivated with passion to inspire others
Full UK Driving Licence
