Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time)

Location: Home-based with the option of working in a Beat office in Norwich, London or Warrington if preferred - see the Information for Candidates for further important information about Beat’s offices (this will become available when you select the apply button)
Salary: £23,424.71 (20 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team which is experiencing significant growth and funded to deliver several successful and in-demand programmes to those unable to access support for an eating disorder or on a waiting list for NHS treatment.

We are looking for driven individuals who have a strong focus on teamwork. You will bring a sound understanding of eating disorders and how to help those with them and those caring for them. You will also be able to support a growing team of officers that provide this help and guidance to our service users.

The Clinical Supervisors will be an integral part of the Support Programmes team, ensuring that our support officers are providing high-quality support services to Beat’s beneficiaries, endorsing early intervention and sustained long-term recovery, notably through telephone, video call and online support channels across Beat’s support services.

The post-holder will have a passionate and enthusiastic approach in supporting individuals with an eating disorder, with advanced listening and communication skills.

Your role will be to support, advise, motivate and develop the support programmes team, demonstrating professionalism, accountability and commitment. You will help to promote a caring and respectful working environment, encouraging competence and compassion.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both in a team and independently.

Supervision is delivered within the Support Services opening hours. The ability to work flexibly is required.
