Location: Warrington/ Norwich

Salary: £21,893 per annum

Number of positions: 2

Expiration date: 5 May 2022

Are you looking for a chance to be part of a flourishing team in a charity that is making a real difference to the lives of people affected by eating disorders? By Joining our Training Team, you can support in the promotion and development of our training services and make a difference to the lives of our service users.

Beat is experiencing a period of significant development as our services and influence expand and demand for our support rises. This change was underway before the coronavirus changed all our lives, but the pandemic has accelerated everything. Notably, our helpline is supporting three times as many people as pre-pandemic and demand for our carer and professional training courses has increased similarly.

Since the pandemic, our training services moved online, supporting carers and professionals over expert led zoom sessions.

Our training sessions are designed to increase knowledge and build confidence for those supporting people with eating disorders.

The Training Administrator will be vital in ensuring that all our delegates receive a professional and caring experience when signing up and attending our courses. You will help us to promote our courses and to build partnerships with key stakeholders, such as eating disorder services and professional networks. The postholder will also help to ensure that all our operations run smoothly and that our trainers are supported to deliver their sessions.

This role will require regular working from an office, the team you will be working with is based in Warrington, however it would be possible to carry out this role from our Norwich office.

We are recruiting for admin roles in another part of our training team and so applicants for this role may be offered an interview for the Training Administrator depending on the level of applicants for this role.
