We have a Full Time, Permanent Job Vacancy for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a leading Healthcare/Nursing Agency for the Warrington area of Cheshire or the Stockport Area of Greater Manchester.  (Could be based at either location).

  • £30-40K per annum, Plus bonus
  • Plus, mileage for any client visits.
  • Monday – Friday, plus on call
  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care
  • Car Driver Essential

About You

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with fantastic experience of working for a Nursing Agency previously.  You will be someone who thrives in this role and enjoy the challenge of growing a busy Nursing Agency.    You will provide a fantastic service to our customers, but also know all your agency staff well and build fantastic working relationships well with them. 

  •  Recruit & register new candidates.
  • Completing the application process in line with CQC Requirements ensuring compliance.
  • Sourcing new business whilst nurturing and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Creating Job Adverts and posting them on various job boards.
  • Visiting new clients on site and getting to know them well.
  • Providing weekly KPI’s and be familiar with what is expected of you as a Recruitment Consultant.

To apply you must have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with the Healthcare or Social Care Sector, ideally with a minimum of 12 months experience.  A demonstratable history of succeeding in this role, including growing and developing a similar desk in the past.   You will be a very target driven and self-motivated individual.  The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the business in the future, with progression opportunities available.
