We have a rewarding job vacancy for Adult Support Workers in the Llandudno area of Conwy/Clwyd, Denbighshire. No experience is needed because this provider will invest in you and offers comprehensive training and support towards further qualifications and progressing your career in the future.

Key Information

  • £9.60 - £10.65 per hour DOE including sleep-ins.
  • £11.00 per hour for Waking Nights (not compulsory).
  • Full and part-time hours available – 16 – 35 + hours available.
  • Hours include combination of earlies, afternoons, lates, sleep-ins, and weekends.
  • Guaranteed 1 weekend off in 3.
  • You must hold a valid UK Drivers Licence.

The Company

Our client is a Registered Charity and a not-for-profit organisation. They have been supporting adults living with Learning Disabilities in Wales for nearly 30-years. Each one of the people they support are unique and each has their personalities and needs. Their supported living services are designed around the people and allows them to live a fulfilled life in their own home, continue to do the things they love, and play an active part in their local community. Our client will also invest in you. Much of their income is spent on staff costs and training and development. 25% of their staff have been with them for over 10-years and a further 36% for over 5-years, so when you start with this provider, you will be there long-term.


As a Support Worker, you just need the right characteristics, to be caring, empathetic, and a fantastic role model. You would be supporting 2 adults in a Supported Living setting living with Autism and Learning Disabilities. The role can include:

  • Helping the adults achieve their personal goals and seeing them develop as individuals.
  • Practical & personal support including everyday tasks, visiting family, friends, or shopping.
  • Encouraging them to take part in activities they enjoy which can vary from martial arts, football, baking or outdoor activities.  
  • Helping to access community facilities.
  • Supporting to keep up with housework, cooking meals, and a daily routine.
