We are recruiting for a Service Manager to lead a brand-new Supported Living service for adults living with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions due to open soon.
Location: Darlington, County Durham.
Salary: £24K - £28K per annum DOE.
Job Type: Permanent, full-time.
We are recruiting on behalf of a unique provider who promote independence for adults living with Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and complex needs in their own flat or Supported Living scheme. This provider believes that everyone should be themselves no matter what.
As Service Manager, you will be part of this new Supported Living service from the start and help to get it up and running. You will be responsible for supervising your staff team and the individuals they support each day, rota planning, budgeting, carrying out assessments and care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC requirements. The job could be ideal for someone excited about being part of something new and putting their own stamp on a service.
