We are recruiting for a Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee a 5-bedded home for children aged 11-18.
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria.
Salary: £50K per annum starting salary + bonus (increasing to £60K per annum) + relocation bonus.
The job is based in Preston, Lancashire, but there is an £8K relocation package available. Initially you will take registration and mentor the Deputy Manager to take over registration after 18-months while you progress into an Operations role and oversee several homes.
Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours.

You will manage the referral process, manage the budget, and mentor the staff team.
