The Provider

We are recruiting on behalf of an organisation who have been established since the early 90s and have grown to be a national provider of support to people living with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Their core ethos is to empower the people they support to have more choice and greater control over their own lives. All their team follow the same values and they strongly believe that disabilities are no barrier to a person being able to achieve their goals and reach their potential. It is the cornerstone to everything this provider does.

Your Role

This Registered Area Manager job could be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. You would be overseeing these new services. It would mean you would be leading the services from the start, setting the standards and values, and put your own stamp on the services.

The services are currently at zero occupancy and initially you would be hands on to get the services up and running, providing leadership and mentorship to the services. You would start recruiting your team across the area, support the day-to-day running, and ensuring the level of support is always of a high-quality. Once established, your role will then be more operational and strategic, growing the services and leading them into the future. Could you….

  • Act as Registered Manager for the Accommodation Services?
  • Work to ensure that services good or excellent standards at inspection?
  • Lead and coordinate the services to ensure full occupancy?
  • Ensure all policies & procedures are implemented & followed?
