You will be Registered Manager of a home to 4 children and young people aged 7-17 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This home currently boasts “Good” OFSTED rating and has a great team established just waiting for you to join them! Your team will consist of a Deputy Manager, Team Leaders & Residential Support Workers who are all working towards a common goal of keeping the young people safe and helping them thrive. As the Residential Children’s Home Manager, you will bring your passion, positivity and forward-thinking approach to help continue this home’s success. You will manage budgeting, develop your staff team, contribute to inspection framework and multi-disciplinary working.

The home will support children aged 8-17 living with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will be given all the training and support you need to succeed in your role and develop a long and rewarding career.
