We are recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker close to the Derby area of Derbyshire to join a newly opened Children’s home in the area.
This job vacancy is a 15-minute commute from the centre of Derby via the A601 and Burton Road. The role may also suit candidates in Burton-upon-Trent as it is a 15-minute commute via the A38, or Swadlincote which is 27-minutes away.

The Registered Manager is very experienced in the Children’s sector and is very passionate about providing only the best care and support. The home is beautiful and fully furnished and contains all the modern facilities a child could want and need.
Your Role
As their Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a new, small 4-bedded home supporting children aged 11-17 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will help create a safe and loving environment for the children to flourish. You will play a key role in ensuring the children’s welfare and helping the children to achieve positive outcomes. You will be a positive role model to both your team and the children, cascading the provider’s values in all that you do.
