We are looking for a Full Time, Adult Team Leader/Team Manager, for the Totnes area of Devon of South Devon.  This job vacancy is located within travelling distance from Paignton, Torquay, Newton Abbot, Ivybridge and Plymouth and surrounding areas of Devon.  Car Driver Essential

The Service

With a good CQC Rating the home is set on a private Residential Street.  We are looking for an Adult Team Leader / Team Manager to oversee the direct management of this 11 Bed Residential home for adults over the age of 18 with complex Health Needs.  The people you would be supporting include those with Cerebral Palsy, Peg Feeding, Dysphagia, and learning disabilities. Your duties would include:

  • Managing the day to day running of the service and providing excellent leadership.
  • Supporting and mentoring the staff team.
  • Ensuring good practice is always adhered to.
  • Conducting staff appraisals, 1-2 – 1’s and training sessions.
  • Maintaining & updating support plans and relevant documents.
  • Ensure that the people we support are at the centre of everything we do!

Key Information

  • £24’165 per annum, plus Life assurance scheme & Pension Contribution.
  • 20 Days Annual Leave.
  • Travel to work, cycle to work or season ticket loan.
  • 37.5 Hours per week.
  • QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care.
  • Must have Covid 19 Vaccine or 2nd Jab booked.
  • Previous Supervisory or Management experience within Social Care is essential.
