Job description

We are looking for a Full Time, Registered Service Manager, for the Honiton area of South Devon.  This job vacancy is located within travelling distance from Exeter, Taunton, Exmouth, and surrounding areas of Devon.  Car Driver Essential

We are looking for an Adult Registered Service Manager to oversee the direct management of this 11 Bed Residential home for Adults with Learning Disabilities. You could be joining a care provider who supports individuals living with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviours, making a big difference in their lives every day.  As an organisation they are constantly re-defining what person-centred care looks like.

  • There is huge potential to develop the site further, maximise independence and assist the people we support to find work or continue with their lifelong learning.
  • Taking responsibility for the overall direction of the service.
  • Looking after the best interests of the people we support.
  • Managing service budgets.
  • Ensuring all regulatory commitments are met.
  • Dealing with any new referrals to the service.
  • Acting as a mentor and guide to other members of staff.

  • £30’600 per annum, plus Life assurance scheme & Pension Contribution.
  • 25 Days Annual Leave.
  • Car Driver Essential.
  • 37.5 Hours per week.
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management.
  • Must have Covid 19 Vaccine or 2nd Jab booked.
