We support adults in the Ferndown, Wimborne, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Verwood & surrounding areas of East Dorset, so if you live in the nearby communities, we have plenty of local work for you.

Benefits & Hours

  • £11.00 per hour – £14.70 per hour.
  • Flexible or Guaranteed Hours Contracts available.
  • Paid mileage and travel time, you will be paid for your full shift.
  • Shift times 7am-2pm and 4pm -10pm.
  • Alternate Weekend Working.

  • £150 Joining bonus, paid in first full pay packet.
  • Annual pay reviews and clear career progression.
  • Opportunities to study for a Level 2 or 3 QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
