Job description

We are recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist to join a specialist education college and residential service supporting young people with complex needs associated with high-functioning Autism, Anxiety, and Mental Health conditions.

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset.

This job is a 30-minute commute from Bournemouth.

Salary: £53,400 - £61,040 per annum DOE + benefits.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time, 40-hours per week.

We are recruiting on behalf of a large provider of children’s specialist education, care, and support. They have an impressive network of schools, colleges, and residential homes, and this college is set in a beautiful location.

As Clinical Psychologist, you will support the young people with psychological models and practices to enhance their cognitive and emotional skills to prepare them for adult life and independence. You will closely with parents, teachers, social workers, and doctors to provide the very best outcome for the young people.

Criteria

• Post graduate training & qualification in Forensic or Clinical Psychology.
• Experience working with young people living with Autism and associated difficulties.
• Registered with Health & Care Profession Council (HCPC).
