Care Manager

Job description

We are recruiting for a Care Manager to join a leading homecare/domiciliary provider.

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset.

This job is about a 40-minute commute from Bournemouth via the A35.

Salary: £32K - £35K per annum DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time (includes on-call initially).

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic homecare provider part of a national franchise like no other. They have developed an excellent reputation in the local community by helping older adults remain independent in their own homes but also because of their unique values and care model.

As Care Manager, you will play a key part in helping to grow the service and networking in the local community. You will also be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided at all times and you will display your passion for the sector to your team. The job will also include care planning, recruitment, and managing your team.

Criteria

• Experience in the homecare/domiciliary or residential care sector.
• Experience as a Senior/Supervisor/Coordinator/Deputy.
• Knowledge of quality care & passion for the sector.
• Ideally, full driving licence.
