Field Care Supervisor

Job description

We are recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to join a well-established homecare provider supporting older adults living in their own home.

Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Salary: £23K - £27K per annum DOE (pro-rata).

Job Type: Permanent, full-time & part-time roles available.

We are recruiting on behalf of a Domiciliary/Homecare provider and leading brand, which is independently owned and led. They are rated Good by the CQC, and they aim to deliver the very best care available, the sort of care you would want for your own relative. They always select the highest standard of carers and the care delivered by this organisation goes far beyond the normal limits.

As Field Care Supervisor, you will support the Registered Manager and lead/supervise a team of Care Assistants. You will be pivotal in ensuring that each individual always receives the best care and support. You will conduct assessments, write care plans, and take part in the on-call rota which is paid in addition to your salary.

Criteria

• Experience as Senior/Supervisor/Team Leader – preferred.
• Experience in providing care – essential.
• Car Driver – essential.
