Job description

Full & Part-time, Care Assistant & Companion job vacancy, Epping, Essex – car drivers essential.

There is so much more to a career in care, the progression opportunities are just one. Many people have misconceptions about the Care Sector, but we always hear “Why didn’t I do this sooner?”.

Care Assistant to Manager

You may start your journey as a Care Assistant & Companion, but in this sector, there are endless opportunities to learn and progress into more Senior roles. Our Care Manager started as a Care Assistant, but we helped her gain experience and qualifications, and she has not looked back. Who knows, you could have a similar career path?

You may already be working in the sector but, you may be rushed on your care calls, and you can’t get everything done in a short 15-minute visit. We’re different. We will value you, develop you, and we offer a minimum of 1-hour visits, so nothing is ever rushed. We have values that are unique and provide a companionship care model like no other. We would love to tell you more!

Benefits & Hours

  • £10.65 per hour for Weekdays and £11.00 for Weekends, plus mileage and paid travel time.
  • Award Winning Ongoing Training
  • Part-Time, committed hours, depending on availability.
  • Opportunity for Live-in Care roles for those with experience (can be discussed at interview).
  • Alternative Weekend working, hours reflected on availability.
  • Excellent initial training, ongoing support & development.
  • Potential to progress into Senior roles.
  • Pension scheme & annual leave.
  • A fantastic team to welcome you.

Throughout your journey with us and we can offer you not just a job, but a truly rewarding vocation and long-term career prospects! There is care… but then there is the way we deliver care.
