Job description

We are recruiting for full-time and part-time Children’s Residential Team Leader close to the Braintree area of Essex.

Do you have experience supporting children with Learning Disabilities or Complex Needs? Are you an inspirational leader with a passion for the sector? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to join a provider like no other.

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a children’s setting either in a school, residential, nursery, or juvenile setting.
  • Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce.
  • Driving licence – essential.
  • You must be over the age of 21.

As a Children’s Residential Team Leader, you will be part of a small residential home for young people aged between 8-18. You will be a positive role model to the support team and lead by example. You will be key in creating a safe, nurturing environment to help them achieve a positive future. Key Information & Benefits

  • £11.56 - £12.38 per hour.
  • £500 welcome bonus.
  • £30 per sleep (average 5 sleeps per month).
  • Full & part-time hours available.
  • Shifts – 8am-11pm then sleep, then 8am-11pm. 2-3 shifts per week.
  • Paid DBS & paid training.
