We are looking for a Registered Care/Branch Manager close to the Basildon area of Essex.

If you are a Registered Manager and you are looking for a fresh and exciting opportunity, or you might be an experienced Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator looking for the next step in your career, then we could have an ideal opportunity for you.

This is a permanent job vacancy and is based around 14-miles from Basildon, 25-minute commute via the A127. The role may also suit a Deputy, Field Care Supervisor, or Care Coordinator who is hungry to make the next step in their career.

Key Information

  • £28K - £35K per annum DOE.
  • Full-time hours.
  • CQC rated Good.
  • Delivering 1600 care hours per week including 8 Live-in packages.
  • Private clients only and minimum 1-hour visits.
  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care, ideally Level 5.
  • Experience in homecare/domiciliary care setting as a Field Care Supervisor/ Care Coordinator/Care Manager.
  • Car Driver.

Your Role

As a Registered Care/Branch Manager, you would be working for an established homecare provider in the Havering area of London. They are looking for a Registered Manager who can ensure the highest standards are put in place and the branch can build on those standards. They want someone who can take them from a Good to an Outstanding CQC rating. They want to grow the business and extend their excellent reputation locally, and by having the best quality standards in place, growth can be much more organic. We are seeking someone like you, someone with fantastic passion & leadership skills essential for this very important job, someone who can lead their team to be the very best they can be!

Salary: £34K - £37K per annum DOE (negotiable) + potential bonus.

As Registered Manager, you would lead a settled staff team, many of whom have been there since opening. The service is small, delivering around 725 care hours per week, but they want to grow the business and extend their excellent reputation locally. Your role will focus on the quality side and ensuring the standards meet and exceed the Care Inspectorate regulation. By having the best quality standards in place, growth can be much more organic.

Criteria

  • SVQ Level 4 Care Services Leadership & Management at or be willing to work towards.
  • 3-years’ experience in a Manager role for homecare/domiciliary branch.
  • Excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate compliance & regulations.
  • Car driver – essential.
