Job description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator who is looking to progress and become a Registered Manager close to Romford in the Havering Borough of London.

Key Information

  • £28K - £35K per annum DOE.
  • Full-time hours.
  • CQC rated Good.
  • Delivering 1600 care hours per week including 8 Live-in packages.
  • Private clients only and minimum 1-hour visits.
  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care, ideally Level 5.
  • Experience in homecare/domiciliary care setting as a Care Coordinator/Supervisor/Care Manager.
  • Car Driver.

Your Role

As a Registered Manager, you would be working for an established homecare provider in the Havering area of London. They are looking for a Registered Manager who can ensure the highest standards are put in place and the branch can build on those standards. They want someone who can take them from a Good to an Outstanding CQC rating. They want to grow the business and extend their excellent reputation locally, and by having the best quality standards in place, growth can be much more organic. As an organisation they offer a fantastic working environment, and everyone is rewarded and feels part of the family. There is plenty of scope for progression and development too.
