Peripatetic Manager

£35K per annum + £3600 car allowance
 

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Peripatetic/Turnaround Manager across the London, Kent, Surrey & East Sussex areas. A full driver’s licence is essential.

  • £35K per annum plus £3600 car allowance.

We are looking to recruit a Peripatetic/Turnaround Manager to provide support, drive change, and help rescue a variety of services. Your Duties

  • Drive change and promote high quality practices.
  • Working closely with the Head of Quality.
  • Identifying any risks whilst coming up with solutions to constantly better the services.
  • Working with operational managers/service managers to make a difference.
  • Boosting the standards and compliance to exceed all expectations.
  • Help stabilise services and turn around promoting positive change.

Do you have?

  • A relevant Management qualification & experience at management level.
  • LD/Social care managerial background.
  • An excellent understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Experience in emergency management.
  • The ability to stabilize services in times of crisis.
  • The ability to stay away for up to 5 days per week in different locations when required.

Location: Blackpool, Lancashire.

Salary: £23K per annum + £62.64 per sleep.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours.

We are recruiting on behalf of a unique provider who promote independence for adults living with Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and complex needs in their own flat or Supported Living scheme. This provider believes that everyone should be themselves no matter what.

As Service Manager, you will oversee a small, 4-bedded Supported Living service. You will be responsible for supervising your staff team and the individuals they support each day. The role will also include rota planning, budgeting, carrying out assessments, completing care plans and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with CQC requirements.

Criteria

  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent) & be willing to complete Level 5.
  • Experience leading/managing/supervising teams within supported living settings either as Manager, Deputy, Senior, or Team Leader.
  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health conditions.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislations & CQC requirements.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
