We are looking for a well organised, creative and strategic thinker with experience in quality assurance/governance to fill this vital role in Kisharon’s Adult Services.

With strong analytical skills and a full understanding of CQC standards, you will:

  • Ensure statutory/legal standards are exceeded by identifying and sharing best practice.
  • Enhance safeguarding and quality of support to improve lives.
  • Work alongside service and operations managers and support staff, developing an audit programme and identifying training needs.

  • Peripatetic Manager
    £35K per annum + £3600 car allowance

    We are looking to recruit a Peripatetic/Turnaround Manager across the London, Kent, Surrey & East Sussex areas. A full driver’s licence is essential.

  • Adult Support Worker

    We are seeking Full Time and Part-Time, Adult Support Workers close to Chester to support adults in a Supported Living setting. No experience required as excellent training & support provided. Driving licence essential.

    This job is based in the Connah’s Quay & Buckley areas of Flintshire and is approximately a 20-minute commute from the centre of Chester via the A540 and A548.

    • £9.60 - £10.65 per hour DOE including sleep-ins & waking nights.
    • Full and part-time hours available – 16 – 35 plus hours available.
    • Hours include combination of earlies, afternoons, lates, sleep-ins, and weekends.
    • Guaranteed 1 weekend off in 3.
    • You must hold a valid UK Drivers Licence (manual).

    Regional Manager, Adults Supported Living (Learning Disabilities), Yorkshire. Covering York Leeds, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Skipton, Selby, & Scarborough supported living schemes.

    We welcome applications from experienced Area Managers, or experienced Service Managers ready to take their career to the next level. Must hold a UK driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.

    £40K - £42K per annum dependent on experience

    Your Role

    As their Regional Manager, you will ensure effective recruitment, development, leadership, and management of Adult Supported living services across Yorkshire. You will work in partnership with another existing Regional Manager. You will line manage the support management team, monitoring compliance and continuous improvement, whilst building effective relationships with external bodies. You will also plan and participate in on-call services, ensuring that all individuals involved in each service have the support they require on a 24/7 basis.

    Essential Criteria

    • Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards)
    • Experience managing services for Adults with Learning Disabilities.

    • Hands-on experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
    • Full UK Driving Licence
