We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a fantastic homecare/domiciliary care provider with a team who all share the same values.

Location: Hounslow, Greater London.

Salary: £25K - £30K per annum DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time, includes on call 1 in 4.

We are recruiting on behalf of a homecare provider rated Good by CQC who is independently owned and led, but part of a national franchise and leading brand. They support older adults living in their own homes, providing the highest standard of care and support, the kind of support you would want for your own family.

As Care Coordinator, you will use the Webroster software to coordinate/schedule around 500 care hours per week. You will plan/schedule carers weekly and monthly rotas, identify suitable matches for clients, play a part in staff retention, and process referrals for new work. A key part of your role will be to ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered the way the customers want it, when they want it, and is to the highest possible standard.


  • Experience as Care Coordinator/Scheduler for homecare branch – essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care – preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills – essential.
  • Car driver – essential.
