Job Description

We are recruiting for a Care Recruitment & Training Manager close to the Hayes area of the London Borough of Hillingdon, West London. This is a permanent job vacancy.

This job is located close to the districts of Hayes, Harlington, Ruislip-Northwood, Uxbridge, Yiewsley, and West Drayton area of Middlesex.

Key Information

  • £23K - £26K per annum DOE.
  • Full-time hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
  • Experience in the homecare sector is essential.
  • Experience either as a Coordinator, Supervisor or Trainer.
  • Ideally hold Level 3 or be willing to complete.
  • Being a positive, engaging individual with good communication skills is essential.
  • Car Drivers preferred, but not essential.

Your Role

  • Identifying, attracting, hiring & retaining Carers.
  • To manage all aspects of recruitment and planning recruitment drives.
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates.
  • Carrying out important pre-employment checks such as references and DBS.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment database and files.
  • Conducting training with successful candidates including manual handling.
