This job is based about a 30-minute commute from Southampton.
Salary: £26K - £31K per annum (increasing to £35K once registration complete).
Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours.
You could be joining a high-quality homecare provider to older adults in the local community. Rather than deliver high volumes of care packages they want to grow slowly and ensure that quality is their key focus.
As Care Manager, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in the homecare/domiciliary care sector and has all the makings of a future Registered Manager. Your first focus will be about focusing on quality and working towards achieving Good in all areas with CQC and helping the branch grow towards 1000 hours.
